Become Our New Mentoring Coordinator & Shape the Future of Youth Work
Are you passionate about sustainability, youth empowerment, and collaborative culture? YesToSustainability is looking for a dynamic Mentoring Coordinator to complete our four-person Coordination Circle. This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in a growing network dedicated to making ecovillages accessible and mainstream for youth through Erasmus+ programmes.

Your Mission:
In this role, you will be the central hub for our mentorship strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating our mentors: Developing a shared strategy and maintaining clear communication with our team of dedicated mentors.
- Overseeing projects: Tracking and supporting successful Youth Exchanges (KA1) within ecovillages.
- Staying informed: Keeping the network up-to-date with the latest Erasmus+ programme developments.
- Weaving ideas: Generating innovative project ideas in close collaboration with mentors and our Networking Coordinator.
What We’re Looking For:
We believe the right person will thrive in our culture and possess the following:
- Collaborative Spirit: You believe we’re stronger when we co-create and support each other’s growth.
- Inclusive Mindset: A natural consideration for diversity and a drive to create accessible and equitable spaces.
- Proactive Initiative: The motivation to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to our common goals.
Practical Skills & Experience:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience in writing and managing approved KA152 (Youth Exchanges) and/or KA153 (Youth Participation) projects. Experience with KA2 projects is a desirable bonus.
- A reliable laptop and strong digital skills (Google Workspace, Zoom; Miro is a plus).
What We’re Offering:
This is more than just a role; it’s an invitation to our community.
- The Team: You will be the fourth key coordinator, working alongside our Networking (NE), Communications (COM), and Administration (ADM) leads.
- Flexibility: Enjoy a fully remote position with a workload that adapts to the time of year (approximately 2-20 hours per week). We coordinate schedules together and hold just two online meetings per month.
- Fair Compensation: We practice abundance-based pay. You will start at a rate of €10 per hour, with a clear pathway to €20 per hour as the network’s collective funding grows.
- Genuine Connection: While remote, we value real-world connection. The role includes a commitment to attend one Partnership Building Activity (PBA) and two in-person Coordination Circle meetings per year.
