E+ Earth Keepers

Earth Keepers is a 7-day Erasmus+ training course (from 12 to 22 of december, 2026), bringing together 28 youth workers, educators, community leaders and volunteers from across Europe to explore nature-based approaches, emotional resilience and transformative facilitation in youth work.

Hosted at Vzdelávacie centrum Zaježová, Slovakia, the training combines experiential learning, facilitation practice, nature-based methods, Sociocracy and shared responsibility. Participants will explore approaches to working with climate anxiety, complex group processes and youth participation, while moving beyond event organisation towards transformative stewardship and power-with facilitation.

The programme includes an intensive Facilitation Lab, practical workshops, visits to local eco-projects and opportunities for learning and exchange within an international community.
