Leader in me

Leader in me is a 7-day training course which aims to introduce and explore principles of facilitating and leading a group with practical tools and methods that can be used in working with a group of people  in daily life or in project time.

Finding a leader in you with observation, acceptance, connection with ourselves and the group can improve the quality of our days and the  work we do.

WHY FINDING A LEADER IN YOU?
Putting yourself in the role of a group leader serves you to strengthen your confidence in yourself and in your skills and abilities. At the training, we will create a safe environment to step in the role of leader and to step out of it. To be an observer and to be an actor. To be a learner and a teacher.

ABOUT THE TRAINING
The training is designed to support the beginners in youth work (youth workers and youth leaders). They will come together to EXPLORE how can they step in the role of youth leaders that are guiding and mentoring young people attending youth exchanges.
We aim to have an overall number of 24 participants from the following countries: France, Italy, Germany, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.

The participants must be over 18 years and have a communication level in English that allows them to participate fully in the program.
